Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement across our restaurant portfolio. This role will manage campaign execution, brand positioning, digital strategy, and field marketing support for select brands. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of marketing programs that strengthen brand visibility and drive guest traffic. You’ll manage campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media while collaborating with creative, operations, and analytics teams to ensure brand consistency and performance. This role will oversee local store marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and CRM or loyalty efforts to enhance guest engagement. You’ll analyze campaign performance, provide insights and recommendations, and work closely with cross-functional partners to optimize return on marketing investments. In addition, you’ll manage vendor and agency relationships, contribute to content strategy, and help shape the long-term marketing roadmap for your assigned brands.
What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant, franchise, or retail industries.
- Strong background in campaign planning, media management, and digital marketing.
- Proven ability to lead projects from concept through execution with measurable results.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting marketing data and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
- Working knowledge of CRM, loyalty, or marketing automation systems preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) a plus.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability and a passion for brand storytelling.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
