Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize operational strategy, performance, and support systems across our QSR and fast casual dining franchise network. This senior leader will drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence by ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality guest experiences across all locations. The role involves building strong franchisee relationships, overseeing field operations leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
You will build and lead a high-performance operations team, including Directors of Franchise Operations and Business Consultants, to drive sales, franchisee profitability, and guest satisfaction. You’ll set and achieve strategic goals, manage operating standards, and ensure brand consistency across all locations. This includes developing market plans, overseeing new store openings and remodels, leading food safety and compliance efforts, and fostering franchisee success through training and operational guidance. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Development, Supply, and Technology teams to execute initiatives that enhance growth and efficiency, while maintaining best-in-class franchisee relationships. You will also oversee budget development, performance reviews, and operational audits to ensure our network exceeds both financial and experiential targets.
What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in restaurant operations leadership, preferably in QSR or fast casual dining
- Proven operational results, business acumen, and ability to drive transformation
- Strong strategic planning, execution, and change management skills
- Excellent financial, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated success in developing talent and building leadership bench strength
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and fostering operational excellence
