What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant's Success! You will lead your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. Great hiring, training, and retention are key to reaching sales and profit goals. Our General Managers are expected to run the store as if it were their own business with an eye to the bottom line.
What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
- A minimum of 2 years of General Management experience, currently, in the QSR industry is required.
- MSc/MA in Business or relevant field, preferred.
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g., evenings, holidays, weekends)
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations, and federal and state employment laws.
- Demonstrated success in financial management and people development, as well as demonstrating an understanding of P&L interpretation to influence profitability.
- Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, business development, and strategy implementation knowledge.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
