Job Descriptio
The District Manager is responsible for increasing sales and profits through financial management, leadership practice, direction, and support to the Restaurant General Managers with the overall goal of ensuring the effective operation and success of company restaurants. The District Manager consistently demonstrates and enforces company policies, practices, and procedures.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years’ District Management experience, currently in the QSR industry, is required. Previous proven success supervising Restaurant General Managers for four to ten units.A BS/MA in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations, and federal and state employment laws.
- Previous experience developing creative and targeted sales-building strategies for assigned company restaurants to ensure optimal sales and earnings.
- Demonstrated success in financial management and people development.
- Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to successfully perform all job duties of all positions in the restaurant.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and carry items up to 70 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods (up to an entire shift)
- Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull regularly for operations, stocking, and equipment use
- Use ladders occasionally for maintenance checks
- Work in varying environments including hot kitchen areas and walk‑in coolers/freezers
- Operate POS systems, kitchen equipment, computers, and other standard devices
- Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams
