Role Overview
As a Bartender, you’ll craft elevated cocktails, engage guests with warm hospitality, and collaborate with culinary and market teams to deliver a seamless experience. You’ll bring creativity, precision, and personality to every pour—whether behind the bar or supporting events and tastings.
Key Responsibilities
- Drink Preparation & Service
- Mix and serve classic and signature cocktails with consistency and flair
- Maintain knowledge of seasonal menus, local ingredients, and market pairings
- Engage guests with recommendations and thoughtful service
- Cleanliness & Setup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station
- Follow health and safety protocols for food and beverage handling
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Inventory & Collaboration
- Track usage and assist with ordering spirits, mixers, and supplies
- Coordinate with market team to feature local products in cocktails
- Support barback and server teams during peak hours
- Events & Innovation
· Contribute to cocktail development and seasonal menu planning
· Participate in tastings, mixology classes, and promotional events
· Stay current with beverage trends and guest preferences
Qualifications
· 2+ years bartending experience in upscale or high-volume settings
· Strong mixology skills and product knowledge
· Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
· Familiarity with POS systems and inventory tools
· Passion for food, drink, and guest engagement
