curated market, and immersive culinary demonstrations into one unforgettable
guest experience. As the Guest Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face of the
space—greeting guests, guiding them through our offerings, and playing a key
role in creating and coordinating our live demo schedule. If you’re organized,

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests in the restaurant and demo areas
- Provide guests with information about market items, menu highlights, and upcoming demos
- Create, maintain and update the live demonstration calendar in coordination with chefs and vendor
- Communicate demo schedules to staff and guests, ensuring smooth transitions and setup
- Coordinate seating and logistics for live demos, including audience flow and timing
- Liaise with culinary team to confirm demo content, timing, and special requirements
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries, bookings, and special requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting host station and entrance area
- Collaborate across restaurant, retail, and event teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, event coordination, or guest services, preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable managing schedules and working with multiple teams
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Interest in culinary arts, local food systems, and experiential dining is a plus
