¨ Ensures proper management and documentation of all daily Chick-fil-A systems and guidelines.
1. Schedule: Works with Directors to ensure proper coverage and productivity
2. Quarterly Reorientation: Scheduled deep dive training and development for Odessa Team (Sunday afternoons)
3. Catering Tools: Enters/edits all orders/communication
4. Phone System: Manages all incoming Catering calls and responds appropriately and in a timely manner
5. Second Mile Service Behaviors: Fully executed per our Chick-fil-A standards
6. Annual/Quarterly Area Marketing Plans: Oversees implementation and executes Inside Marketing, Catering, ADP plans and measures results and relationships (Given to the Operator December 1 every year)
7. Events: Hosts a minimum of (4) community connections per month.
8. Social Media: Manages and executes all social media content (Weekly posts)
9. Reader Board: Oversees Reader Board content and system
10. Donation Requests: Oversees and tracks all giveaways and donations
11. Signage: Oversees store decoration and POP materials
12. CFA ONE: Manages content, promotions, and communication of the CFA ONE app
13. Oversees monthly ordering of needed items
14. Emotional Connections Marketing (ECM): Develops and executes an ECM strategy for FOH and and DT team leaders and team members to surprise and delight guests (stickers, breakfast promotions, trays, intentional acts of kindness, etc…)
15. Back Stage Tours: Executes back stage tours every day part every day-per Chick-fil-A standards
16. PR Strategy: Oversees the execution of Chick-fil-A Odessa annual Market Public Relations strategy—including working with other restaurant RMD’s, creating promotional materials, and attending restaurant events
This role is to grow Odessa FL Chick-fil-A, help increase the guest experience and help train the team to implement a great culture.
