Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members
- Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance
- Manage labor, inventory, food costs, and operating expenses
- Ensure outstanding customer service and adherence to brand standards
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance
- Build a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or retail environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing financial performance, including P&L responsibilities
- Guest-focused with a commitment to operational excellence
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
