What a Shift Leader Does:
- Lead shifts and keep the team motivated and on track
- Deliver excellent guest service, even during busy hours
- Train and coach new crew members
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Support the General Manager with daily operations
What You’ll Need:
- At least 1 year of restaurant or retail leadership experience
- High school diploma or GED
- A hands-on, team-first attitude
- Great problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
