As the marketing representative, you will oversee various initiatives, community engagement activities, and promotional events. The aim is to strengthen the restaurants connection with its guest, grow in sales, and enhance the brands overall presence with the community. What the Marketing Representative Will Do

  • Strategize and implement proven successful marketing techniques
  • Schedule, set up, and support community engagement activities such as, but not limited to: spirit nights, promotional items, family nights, etc.
  • Engage guest and encourage repeat business
  • Oversee all social media platforms by promoting the business and addressing customer inquiries/ questions
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure marketing initiatives are aligning with the operational goals
  • Work in operations consistently to build knowledge on the business and assist the team

Minimum Qualifications

  • One year of Chick-fil-A leadership experience or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with teams and leaders
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
  • Proficiency with MS Office, email, and basic web browser functionality
  • Proficiency with social media platforms
  • Ability to maintain multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • A basic knowledge of data analytics
  • An understanding of basic marketing strategies and implementations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or in pursuit of a marketing degree
  • Strong understanding of social media engagement
  • Experience in event coordination, social media management, or community outreach
  • Proven success in creativity endeavors

Pay Rate

  • $17-$20 per hour (pay rate is determined based on experience and availability)
