Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive equipment maintenance and cleaning to support quick food preparation
  • Keep Company equipment assets clean and up-to-date on all PM work
  • Keep the restaurant inviting and welcoming through daily, weekly, and monthly detailed cleaning
  • Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and inviting by following strict standards
  • Complete daily opening, shift change, and closing checklists with accuracy
  • Keep food, chemical, and paper costs within target through proper inventory management
  • Welcome guests with warmth and a smile
  • Clean Restaurant floors and windows daily.
  • Maintain boil-out schedule to ensure the best food quality.
