Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting restaurant through daily, weekly, and monthly detailed cleaning
  • Manage inventory efficiently using the FIFO method to control food, chemical, and paper costs
  • Complete daily opening, shift change, and closing checklists accurately
  • Keep floors, windows, bathrooms, and employee areas spotless throughout shifts
  • Welcome guests warmly and contribute to a positive atmosphere
  • Ensure inventory ordering maintains freshness and full menu availability
  • Maintain and clean equipment to ensure smooth food preparation and service
  • Manage prepped and thawing chicken to prevent delays in breading
  • Assist in stocking team member workspaces as needed
  • Follow restaurant standards for zone cleaning, deep cleaning, and waste tracking
  • Perform weekly and end-of-month inventory counts
  • Operate and maintain machines, dish, and trash areas
  • Support employee break room and Operator’s office upkeep
