Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting restaurant through daily, weekly, and monthly detailed cleaning
- Manage inventory efficiently using the FIFO method to control food, chemical, and paper costs
- Complete daily opening, shift change, and closing checklists accurately
- Keep floors, windows, bathrooms, and employee areas spotless throughout shifts
- Welcome guests warmly and contribute to a positive atmosphere
- Ensure inventory ordering maintains freshness and full menu availability
- Maintain and clean equipment to ensure smooth food preparation and service
- Manage prepped and thawing chicken to prevent delays in breading
- Assist in stocking team member workspaces as needed
- Follow restaurant standards for zone cleaning, deep cleaning, and waste tracking
- Perform weekly and end-of-month inventory counts
- Operate and maintain machines, dish, and trash areas
- Support employee break room and Operator’s office upkeep
