Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a talented, enthusiastic team to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain an engaged and active presence on the floor 100% of the time
- Coach and train team members on hospitality, food safety, and quality standards
- Partner with Shift Supervisors and Executive Leadership to achieve daily goals
- Model Chick-fil-A’s core values and character competencies in all actions
- Manage cash, vendor relations, and operational tasks during shifts
- Open and close the restaurant as a key holder, setting the tone for each shift
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Availability for various shifts including weekends, holidays, day, night, and 8- to 10-hour shifts
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Commitment to maintaining operational, food safety, and food quality standards
- Friendly, encouraging, and a true team player
- Availability to work 30+ hours per week
