The Shift Leader is responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute Dunkin' Donuts operational standards and deliver a great guest experience. Our customers are our number one priority, and we are seeking candidates who feel the same way.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deploy team members appropriately to meet guest's needs & service standards throughout a shift.
- Ensure the restaurant meets safety and sanitation standards, inside and outside the store
- Ensure team members handle all Guest concerns with a sense of urgency.
- Availability on weekends
- Cash handling management
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Must display a "customer comes first" attitude and deliver excellent customer service.
- Must be able to maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Adhere to established company procedures, guidelines, and policies at all times.
- Maintain established company uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Must be able to lift approximately 25+ pounds.
- This position requires standing for long periods of time
