Back of House Team Member

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities: 

  • Serve each other and our Front-of-House team
  • Share a Smile
  • Create and Maintain Eye Contact
  • Speak Enthusiastically and with a friendly tone
  • Always say "My Pleasure" when thanked
  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, food safe work environment at all times
  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Treat everyone with honor, dignity, and respect
  • Work on your feet for several hours at a time
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team
  • Adhere to policies, procedures and appearance guidelines at all times
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
  • Other duties as assigned
