Customer Service Representative

Rate of pay$12 - 14 per hour

The Pet Ranch Pet Resort is expanding its team of enthusiastic pet enthusiasts.


Are you a passionate pet lover eager to spend your days surrounded by other pet enthusiasts and their beloved furry family members? We're in search of dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Pet Resort Customer Service Representatives. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver excellent service throughout our clients' and their furry family members' entire journey with us.

If you're friendly, upbeat, positive, and have a genuine love for working with pets and the people who adore them, this might be the perfect position for you. 

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in customer service. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. 
  • Punctual and reliable. 
  • Excellent time and task management. 
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to learn software easily. 
  • Comfortable around dogs and cats. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Exhibit genuine love and enthusiasm for pets, creating a positive and welcoming environment for our four-legged guests and their pet parents. 
  • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of services offered and comfortably suggest the best services to meet clients' needs. 
  • Ensure a caring and compassionate experience for our pet parents through clear communication, attention to detail, and accuracy in documentation. Earn the trust of pet parents through reliable and dependable service. 
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to pet care, providing a seamless experience for both pets and pet parents. 
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the pet resort to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all animals. 
  • Prioritize the satisfaction and well-being of pets and their humans, going above and beyond to provide an exceptional and personalized experience.
