Minimum Requirements - Restaurant Manager
- 3 years of restaurant management experience
- High School Degree or GED.
- Serve Safe certified
- High level of integrity, honesty, dependability, and punctuality.
- Ability to handle negative or difficult interpersonal interactions with calmness, compassion, and respect.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with a large team.
- Be confident and humble enough to admit a mistake and move forward.
- Willing to grow and learn.
Job Duties - Restaurant Manager
- Provide great customer service and leadership with a friendly but focused mindset.
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant including opening and closing functions.
- Ensure that the restaurant’s policies and procedures are being followed.
- Ensure all food safety procedures are being followed.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members.
- Lead by example through hands-on performance of any job as needed.
- Post invoices, order supplies, and help take weekly inventory.
- Coordinate team positioning for each shift and give input on weekly scheduling.
- Be a team builder and reduce stress through calm energy and hard work.
- Work any day of the week and be available for shifts between the hours of 7 AM and Midnight.
