Front of House Team Leader
Position Overview

Front of House Team Leaders support senior leadership in executing daily operations while keeping team members accountable to Operational Excellence and Chick-fil-A’s Recipe for Service. They lead by example, set the tone for each shift, and help create a remarkable guest experience.
A Team Leader’s two primary areas of focus are:
- Ensuring the restaurant runs effectively through strong operational execution
- Coaching and developing team members

Team Leader Responsibilities
- Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Lead shifts and support daily Front of House operations (drive-thru, counter, dining room, mobile guest)
- Provide immediate and respectful responses to guest needs
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members
- Set the tone for the shift and model Chick-fil-A hospitality
- Act as a friendly, encouraging, and motivating team leader
- Open and/or close the restaurant and serve as a key holder
- Count cash drawers and finalize daily reports
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and leadership
- Hold team members accountable to service and hospitality standards

Additional Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
Two years or more of experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or assistant manager is required.
