Kitchen Shift Leader

Rate of pay$17 - 21 per hour
This position is for a future Chick-fil-A restaurant projected to open Fall 2025. Leaders hired now will be employed and trained at a different Chick-fil-A. Final restaurant placement is subject to change at the discretion of the operator.

  • Ensure team members complete daily food quality checks and cleaning tasks
  • Coordinate kitchen operations to prepare catering orders alongside daily operations

  • Stand for periods up to 5 hours and lift objects as heavy as 50lbs
  • Be attentive to details and “the little things”
