Job description
Leaders must delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the retail store and garden center. The primary responsibilities of in-store management are to manage the sales, expenses, profits, assets, and team members' personal development to ensure customers are receiving the highest level of customer service.
The ideal candidate will have at least two to five of previous retail management experience. We are looking for qualified individuals for roles such as shift manager, assistant manager, and store manager. Working and/or managing a hardware store, retail garden center or home decor/apparel store isn't a requirement but will be preferential for applicants.
The ability to lift 50 pounds consistently, and to stand and walk for up to 8 to 10 hours during shift are required.
