Sausage Maker – Production Team Member
Location: 1120 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake, VA 23320
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Work Schedule (Read Before Applying)
- 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- 5 days per week
- Saturdays are REQUIRED
- Consecutive fixed days off (such as Sunday/Monday every week) are not guaranteed
- No night shifts

This Is a Production-Based Job
We are looking for a skilled, dependable individual to join our production team as a Sausage Maker. This is hands-on sausage production work that requires stamina, efficiency, and attention to detail.
You will be expected to produce consistently and maintain quality standards throughout the day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting our signature sausage product lines
- Operating industrial equipment including meat grinders, mixers, and sausage stuffers
- Weighing and mixing ingredients using basic math skills
- Following established recipes precisely
- Cleaning and maintaining all meat processing equipment
- Working in refrigerated production areas
What We’re Looking For
- Physically capable of lifting 60+ lbs regularly
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in refrigerated production environments
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work without constant supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
- Ability to maintain consistent pace and meet daily sausage production goals
