Job Title: Sausage Maker – Production Team Member
Location: 1120 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake, VA 23320
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $16-$18 per hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for a hardworking, dedicated individual to join our team as a Sausage Maker. If you take pride in doing the job right the first time and enjoy working with your hands in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Crafting our signature sausage product lines
- Deboning pork butts and other meats
- Operating industrial equipment, including: (Meat grinders, Mixers, & Sausage stuffer machines)
- Weighing and mixing ingredients using basic math skills
- Cleaning and maintaining all meat processing equipment
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic meat cutting experience (required)
- Proficient with a meat knife, especially in deboning pork butts efficiently
- Physically capable of lifting 60+ lbs. regularly
- Able to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, with a good attitude, patience, and stress tolerance
- Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and cleanliness
