Starting Pay - $25/hour. (Managers are typically working around 40 hours per week. **At least one year Manager experience is required for this position).

Responsibilities


We are looking for someone who can motivate, lead and train others as well as model and coach excellence, to achieve great results. 


Our Kitchen Manager oversees the major functions of the kitchen's environment. They will be in constant communication with the Customer Service Managers and will maintain a relationship that enhances the productivity, while simultaneously creating a positive environment between the kitchen team and front counter team. 

  • Lead team with best practices
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in all positions and lead from a position
  • Prepare food in adherence with Chick-fil-A policy and standards
  • Conduct food safety checks
  • Responsible for having catering orders ready and on time
  • Responsible for avoiding food waste and for care of food service equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen

  • Open availability.
  • Know all basic food prep.
  • Demonstrate the ability to train others.
  • Must understand and be able to train on how to satisfy a disappointed customer.
  • Demonstrate ability to close a shift and code end of shift items properly.
  • Must understand how to deal with employee injuries.
