Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a talented team to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure smooth operations during shifts by managing staff and resources effectively.
- Schedule and manage team breaks and lunches.
- Responsible for a high level of communication across team members and management.
- Manage team members and handle other required tasks in a fast-paced QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest-driven attitude
- Must be 18 years or older with Food Handler's License
- Reliable transportation and ability to work past 12am
- Cooking experience preferred but not required
