Requirements:

• Approximately 20-30 hours per week
• Morning/Daytime weekday availability
• Valid ID
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.
• Reliable transportation
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver unparalleled hospitality to each customer.
• Prepare and assemble food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.
• Use sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Set up and monitor food and smoothie workstations.
• Clean and organize kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas in the café.
• Follow the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, and being responsible for the drawer.
• Follow all safety and security policies set by the brand.

Rewards:

• Typical starting salary is $9.50-10.00/hr (includes tips)
• Opportunity to grow into shift lead position for more pay.
