What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations, team culture, and execution
- Hire, train, and develop Crew Members and Shift Leaders
- Deliver excellent customer service and drive guest satisfaction
- Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cash controls
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Oversee training, performance, and staff accountability

What We’re Looking For
- Open availability (35–40 hours/week)
- Texas Manager’s Food Safety Certificate (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of food service leadership/management experience
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

Pay & Earning Potential
- $13.00/hr during training (2–4 weeks)
- $13.50/hr after training
- + ~$2/hr in tips (bi‑weekly)
- + Monthly performance bonuses (~$1–$2/hr equivalent)
- Annual reviews
Effective earnings: ~$17/hr+ with tips and bonuses
