Maintenance Technician - Sundale Senior Living: $1000 Sign-up Bonus
Sundale Senior Living offers assisted living to seniors. Our goal is to bridge the gap between independent living and standalone assisted living solutions for seniors.
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll maintain the physical integrity of the community at all times. Anticipates, identifies, and corrects all maintenance issues involving the property, and ensures a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff at all times.

- EPA or HVAC certification preferred
- Must be familiar with building maintenance in all trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and heating/air conditioning.
- Ability to lift between 50-100 lbs and interested in learning and growing your skill set.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Perform repairs to masonry, woodwork, concrete, and furnishings of the building.
- Maintains and repairs buildings' plumbing and electrical systems.
- Replaces worn or damaged parts in various equipment such as HVAC systems, irrigation, cleaners, lighting systems, Laundry, exhaust, fire, and security systems.
- Paints exterior and interior walls and trims
- Cleans internal and external areas of the property including, waste pick up and removal, pressure washing, leaf blowing, and grounds upkeep.
- Manage resident service requests and respond to/correct requests within 24 hours when possible.
- Document and Maintain current and accurate records for all service requests, and expenditures.
- Oversees the fire drill process.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Pay Rate and Benefits:
- Hourly rate is $11 - $15 an hour depending on experience. We pay weekly.
- Paid time off with a Flexible schedule.
- 8-10 Hour shifts
