Currently hiring a Warehouse Fulfillment Manager for 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 12:00am
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You’ll work in a fast-paced, high energy warehouse in a variety of different functions including driving continuous improvement throughout all departmental operations by focusing on safety, production goals, problem-solving, and team-building with your warehouse team members.
- You’ll stay active throughout your entire shift in our fast-paced warehouse environment and will monitor production reports to ensure hourly KPI’s are met and/or exceeded.
- Direct fulfillment schedule to achieve require goals with PC management
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, good housekeeping policies, physical condition of PC inspecting equipment; correcting any issues that arise with equipment and production
- Monitor production reports to ensure hourly KPI’s are met and/or exceeded
- Lead interview process to select high performing employees
- Monitor and review the performance of employees and organize necessary interventions for improvement
- Document substandard performance and make recommendations for termination of staff if necessary
- Manages 2-4 Warehouse Leads who supervise 30-50 employees in the Warehouse Shelving and Shipping Departments
- Work directly with department Leads to maintain workflow of production throughout the warehouse
- Supports employee morale, motivation and attendance thru policy orientation, training, and communication of rules and policies

WE’RE LOOKING FOR LEADERS WHO
- Have at least three years of supervisory warehouse experience leading a team of 50 plus with a proven ability to lead, encourage, and coach employees to meet their production goals.
- Have knowledge & experience in high volume pick & pack environments. Must have solid understanding of inventory management.
- Are highly reliable and responsible. You have excellent attendance and consistently meet goals and metrics.
- Bring a positive and respectful attitude every day, while working independently and as a part of a team.
- Want to be coached and given feedback to become their best self.
- Are physically able to work 8 hours a day, standing, walking, bending, and lifting to 30 pounds, while keeping your body in constant motion.
