We are growing & looking for a Maintenance & Repair Program Manager to join our Innovations Team. This person will support the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of automated equipment and systems across multiple processing centers by leading technicians, coordinating with leadership and vendors, and ensuring compliance with processes, audits, and reporting.

What You’ll Do

  • Follow all processes to ensure a safe work environment
  • Support, Train, and Guide a team of SMEs (Subject Matter Experts – Technicians) in each Processing Center on issue diagnosis, resolution, and prevention
  • Partner and coordinate with GMs and Processing Center Leadership managing the SMEs on equipment & systems diagnosis, repair and coordinate external vendors work on site
  • Performing daily Automation safety equipment check: Identify and report faulty equipment, damages, and safety concerns to Management
  • Partner with GMs in Processing Centers on Repairs & Maintenance budgeting & invoice reconciliation
  • Monitor automated applications, bay doors and drive in racking daily
  • Ensure PC compliance in conducting pre and post shift audits, updating facility issues resolution logs, tracking sheets & daily clean out of automation system
  • Monitor emails and respond in a timely manner
  • Create and respond to ticket system in a timely manner
  • Monthly Inventory Report on Spare Equipment
  • Update Reports
  • Preform Basic PMs to Automated Equipment


What You Need (Job Requirements)

  • To promote a safe work environment
  • At least 2 years of experience managing repairs & maintenance program for conveyor sortation & Forklift maintenance
  • Experience managing external conveyor & PLC system installation & repair vendors
  • Experience troubleshooting conveyor system issues
  • High degree of attention required to prevent injury to self & others
  • Must be able to work independently to achieve department goals
  • Basic knowledge on how to handle tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting aggressive deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.

Travel: 25% - 50% travel depending on business needs


Location: This position is hybrid, working in our Processing Centers & remote. You must reside in a state where a processing center is located (AZ, TX, IL, GA or MD)
