What You'll Do:
- Lead and support daily shifts to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to reach their potential
- Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling and leadership
- Ensure compliance with Culver's operational standards and food safety procedures
- Partner with leadership to drive results and create a high-performing team
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
- Demonstrated skills in ownership and responsibility
- Strong communication and organization skills
- A genuine smiling personality and team-first attitude
- A passion for hospitality and helping others succeed
