As a Cashier at Dairy Queen, you will play a crucial role in managing transactions, ensuring accurate pricing, and providing top-notch service to our valued customers. Service Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their visit
- Operate cash registers and manage transactions efficiently
- Scan items, verify pricing, and handle payments in various forms
- Provide change, receipts, and exceptional customer service
- Bag and package purchased items for customers
- Upsell and cross-sell products when opportunities arise
Chill Responsibilities:
- Produce all the DQ famous treats from scratcg
- Clean and stock the Chill Area
- Work as a team during peak times to produce treats in a timely fashion
- Focus on quality and apprearance.
Requirements:
- Experience with POS systems and cash registers would be preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong math skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills
