General Manager
Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our cafe. In this role,
you will oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring exceptional service, high standards, and achievement of financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Operations: Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient cafe performance.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
- Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Financial Management: Control costs, manage budgets, and drive sales performance.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food safety regulations.
- Inventory Oversight: Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Problem Solving: Address operational challenges swiftly and effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team and cafe performance, implementing improvements as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile

- Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible & Collaborative: Willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical & Legal Requirements: Able to stand/walk continuously, lift up to 30 lbs, work ~50 hours/week, and legally eligible to work with a valid driver’s license.
- Preferred Experience: 2+ years in restaurant management or supervisory roles and ServSafe certification (preferred but not required).
