The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role in driving the growth of Microhabitat by identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts, nurturing leads, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Conduct proactive outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and opportunities.

Research and identify potential customers within target markets and industries.

Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media channels to introduce Microhabitat's solutions and establish interest.

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential fit for Microhabitat's services.

Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities into the sales pipeline.

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and strategies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and lead status in the CRM system.

Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively communicate Microhabitat's value proposition.


Qualifications:


1 experience in sales development or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.

Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools.
