As a Front of House Team Member, you will:
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and a friendly demeanor to create a positive first impression.
- Accurately take and efficiently prepare guest orders at the front counter or drive-thru, including third-party delivery orders, while ensuring speed, quality, and attention to detail.
- Properly bag orders, prepare beverages, and include condiments and utensils to ensure every order is complete and accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room, front counter, and drive-thru area, adhering to company standards at all times.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests and team members.
- Strive to exceed guest expectations on every interaction, ensuring each guest leaves with a smile and a memorable, positive experience.

A Typical Day as a Front of House Team Member
- Arrive on time, clock in, review your station responsibilities, and set up your area for a smooth, productive, and rewarding day.
- Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm, take orders accurately, and ensure food is prepared and delivered to meet our high standards.
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks while keeping your station and dining area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Work closely with teammates to maintain fast, seamless service and support a positive, team-oriented environment.
- Assist in cleaning and resetting the dining area, restock supplies, and prepare your station for the next day’s operations.

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older (unless otherwise stated in the job posting)
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Works well independently and with a team
- Willing to work in various weather conditions
- Must work a specific schedule that will include Fridays, Saturdays, and/or evenings. Example - 5:45 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, five days a week for a full-time schedule.
- Able to stand for long periods and work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Chick-fil-A, restaurant, or food service experience.
