What You’ll Do
As a Front of House Team Member, you will:
- Welcome and greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Take and prepare guest orders at the front counter or drive-thru.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining room and front counter areas.
- Follow health and sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure every guest leaves with a smile and a memorable experience.

A Typical Day as a Front of House Team Member
- Start Your Shift: Clock in on time, review your station responsibilities, and prepare for a busy, rewarding day.
- Serve Guests: Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately, and ensure food is prepared to Chick-fil-A standards.
- Stay Organized: Manage multiple tasks efficiently while keeping your area clean and stocked.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate with teammates to keep service smooth and fast-paced.
- End-of-Shift Duties: Help clean and reset the dining area, restock supplies, and prepare for the next day.

Qualifications
- Must have a professional and personable demeanor.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have dependable transportation to and from work.
- Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Open to learning and gaining knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in alternating stations.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work flexible schedules and various weather conditions (including early mornings, late evenings, Fridays, and Saturdays).
- Able to stand for long periods and work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications (But, Not Required)
- Previous Chick-fil-A or restaurant experience.
