As a Catering Team Member, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Chick-fil-A experience beyond our restaurant, serving guests at a variety of events and ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence. From preparing and delivering food to setting up beautiful, welcoming serving areas, you’ll help create memorable moments for our guests.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and package catering orders with accuracy and care
- Assist in planning and executing catering setups based on guest needs
- Deliver and transport orders safely to event locations
- Set up, maintain, and break down catering displays
- Serve guests at events when needed, providing genuine hospitality
- Ensure all food safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members to execute events successfully
- Maintain organized inventory and supplies
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a heart for serving others
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes changing environment
- Dependable and able to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid Drivers License
- Previous catering or food service experience is a plus, but not required
