- Lead special projects as assigned.
- Must be able to do fries, buns & pickles during peak hours to support operations.
Schedule Requirements
- Must be available to work 45-50 hours per week.
- Open availability Monday through Saturday
Operations
- Set specific monthly, quarterly, and annual operational goals for Attentive and Courteous, speed of service, cleanliness, and order accuracy.
- Prepare reports for weekly Director meetings regarding goals and execution.
- Assist team in creating smart goals.
- Deliberately develop relationships with the entire team.
- Proactively seek out opportunities for improvement and address issues.
- Inspect what you expect.
- Continual evaluation of process and procedure follow through.
- Ensure established procedures are consistently followed
- Communication systems
- Checklists
- Documented disciplinary system
- Cash procedures
- Balance focus across all channels of the business (Dine-in, Carryout, Curbside, Drive-thru, and 3rd party delivery).
- Maintain positive working relationships with the Director Team.
- Support Catering department operations.
