Role: Shift Lead

Pay (not including tips + weekly bonus potential): $14 - $15 per hour

What You Will Do:

As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and the smooth operation of the restaurant during your shift. Your responsibilities include:

• Excel in all roles within the restaurant- cashier, grill, prep, and beyond.
• Manage crew members and direct daily operations, including opening or closing the store
• Ensure food preparation is completed, manage employee breaks and shift changes, and complete shift summary reports
• Ensure company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds maintenance
• Comply with local health and safety codes and company safety and security policies
• Motivate, coach, and assist in training crew members
• Ensuring food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
• Train to gain the skills and experience necessary for promotion to Assistant Manager or General Manager
• Other duties as assigned by management

What You Bring to the Table:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic business math, computer, and internet skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Adaptability in any situation
• Ability to stand on hard surfaces for long periods in hot or cold temperatures
• Ability to lift supplies and materials up to 30 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred
• Proven track record of leadership or managerial skills preferred
