Your Impact:

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash handling, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with POS systems and their operation in a restaurant setting.
- Strong people-management skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Embrace a hands-on coaching mentality and show an unwavering commitment to outstanding customer service. Must not just have the ability, but already embrace this approach to coaching
