What You’ll Do (The Lead Role)
- Command the Kitchen: You’ll oversee the grill, fry station, and dressing table to ensure our "no freezer" freshness is handled perfectly.
- Coach & Mentor: You aren't just a boss; you’re a teacher. You’ll guide Crew Members, keep morale high, and ensure the "No Jerks" culture stays alive.
- Own the Standard: You’ll be the gatekeeper of quality, cleanliness, and speed, ensuring the team is always ready for our Weekly Secret Shoppers.
- Customer Connection: Lead the charge in high-energy service, resolving issues on the fly and making sure the dining room is spotless.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have previous leadership experience (Shift Lead, Supervisor, or Manager) in food service or retail.
- High Energy: You thrive in loud, high-volume environments and can keep your cool when the line is out the door.
- Reliable & Ethical: You lead by example. You show up on time, work hard, and always look for ways to help your team.
