Five Guys - Shift Leader for New Store Opening Team!
We're hiring Shift Leaders to join our Five Guys New Store Opening Team in Red Bank! Earn hourly pay plus tips, weekly bonuses, and a $150 stay incentive just for being part of our opening leadership. Great food, great people, and room to grow! As a Five Guys shift leader, you'll be responsible for keeping the store in top-notch shape while providing best-in-class customer service to everyone who walks through our doors.
In addition to your hourly payrate, you'll take home tips every day and have regular bonus-earning opportunities!
Pay Potential: $15 - $20 per hour

Role: Shift Leader - Five Guys Lexington (Red Bank)
Hourly Payrate (not including daily tips + weekly bonus potential): $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

What You Will Do
As a Shift Lead, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift. Your responsibilities include:
- Excelling in all roles within the restaurant, from cashier to grill and prep.
- Overseeing shifts, including opening and closing the store.
- Ensuring food preparation standards are met, managing employee breaks and shift changes, and completing shift summary reports.
- Upholding company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds maintenance.
- Motivating, coaching, and assisting in training crew members on operational tasks.
- Ensuring food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
- Training to progress towards Assistant Manager or General Manager roles.
What You Bring to the Table
- Supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry.
- Open availability during 11am-10pm, including weekends.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic business math, computer, and internet proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Adaptability in various situations.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods in hot or cold temperatures and lift supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
