Position Overview: We are actively seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join us as a Manager in Training. This is a paid, full-time position that provides hands-on training to develop your customer service skills and prepares you for advancement within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow
• Make quick, on-the-spot decisions and showcase strong problem-solving abilities
• Foster team growth by guiding and mentoring teammates in learning new tasks
• Uphold our commitment to excellent customer service and maintain our esteemed reputation
• Develop a deep understanding of the retail industry, with 1-3 years of management experience in retail or the restaurant sector
• Cultivate teamwork and collaboration among staff members
• Demonstrate active listening skills and provide effective conflict resolution
• Analyze problems and proactively contribute to innovative solutions

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of management experience in retail or the restaurant industry
• Automotive quick lube experience is advantageous
• Strong comprehension of the retail industry
• Exceptional conflict resolution skills
• Proficient problem analysis and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent oral communication skills to interact across diverse groups
• Team player with a commitment to fostering collaboration
• Willingness to become a state inspector
• Possession of a Texas Driver License
