Position Overview: We are actively seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join us as a Manager in Training. This is a paid, full-time position that provides hands-on training to develop your customer service skills and prepares you for advancement within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow
- Make quick, on-the-spot decisions and showcase strong problem-solving abilities
- Foster team growth by guiding and mentoring teammates in learning new tasks
- Uphold our commitment to excellent customer service and maintain our esteemed reputation
- Develop a deep understanding of the retail industry, with 1-3 years of management experience in retail or the restaurant sector
- Cultivate teamwork and collaboration among staff members
- Demonstrate active listening skills and provide effective conflict resolution
- Analyze problems and proactively contribute to innovative solutions
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of management experience in retail or the restaurant industry
- Automotive quick lube experience is advantageous
- Strong comprehension of the retail industry
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Proficient problem analysis and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent oral communication skills to interact across diverse groups
- Team player with a commitment to fostering collaboration
- Willingness to become a state inspector
- Possession of a Texas Driver License
