Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Talent Development
- Recruit, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers
- Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession plan across locations
- Hold management teams accountable for performance and results
Operational Excellence
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards, including food safety, quality, and facility maintenance
- Drive operational improvements through adherence to systems and processes
- Lead the rollout and execution of new products and initiatives
Guest Experience
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all locations
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest concerns
- Coach teams to exceed guest expectations
Financial Performance
- Analyze sales, labor, and cost trends to identify opportunities
- Develop and execute strategies to improve profitability
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs)
Performance Management
- Set clear expectations and measurable goals for each location
- Track and improve employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement
- Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of multi-unit or district-level experience in restaurant or food service management
- Proven track record of:
- Developing high-performing teams
- Improving guest satisfaction and retention
- Driving sales and profitability
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Deep understanding of restaurant operations and industry best practices
