Chick-fil-A Hospitality Team Member

Rate of pay$16 - 17 per hour

Hospitality Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Provide hospitality by looking guests in the eye, smiling, and engaging in encouraging conversations
  • Work in the Dining Room, Front Counter, and Drive-Thru
  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Work both indoors and outdoors
  • Multitask quickly and thoroughly
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour. (Starting pay based on position, experience, and availability. Opportunities for raises and advancement come with tenure and training.)
