Minimum Requirements:
- Age: must be 18 years of age or older.
- Education: High School diploma required; undergraduate studies or trade certification preferred.
- Performance: a consistent work history that reflects commitment, dependability and long-term job performance.
- Experience: minimum two (2) years in food service industry or operations management.
- Knowledge: working understanding of food safety principles. ServSafe Manager Certification, preferred
Expectations:
- Able to work in cold environments (freezer / cooler)
- Able to safety use and work from a ladder.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to properly lift and manage 40 pounds at shoulder height.
