> CFA Food Safety (5 Guidelines)
> Operational Standards
> Production Standards
> Hospitality Standards
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma required (College or Culinary degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant (Front of House)
- ServSafe Manager Certification (preferred)
- Working knowledge of:
> Labor and productivity management
> Food safety principles
- Ability to:
> Work in a fast paced environment
> Stand for extended periods
> Lift up to 40 lbs at shoulder height
> Safely use a ladder
