Responsibilities:
- No. 1 Responsibility: You must be a Servant-Leader to the Team
- Guardian of the Team Culture (Mission & Values)
- Supervise and Instruct - CFA Food Safety 5 Guidelines
- Supervise and Instruct - CFA Operational Standards
- Supervise and Instruct - CFA Production Standards
Requirements:
- MUST be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum High School Diploma, College or Culinary Degrees preferred
- Two (2) Year Minimum Experience in a High Volume Kitchen Leading Kitchen Staff
- Working knowledge of Labor and Productivity
- Working knowledge of Food Cost, LEAN Principles and Waste Tracking
- Working knowledge of Food Safety Principles
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Ability to work in freezer and cooler environments
- Ability to properly use and work from a ladder
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to properly lift and manage 40 pounds at shoulder height
