Responsibilities:

  • No. 1 Responsibility: You must be a Servant-Leader to the Team
  • Guardian of the Team Culture (Mission & Values)
  • Supervise and Instruct - CFA Food Safety 5 Guidelines
  • Supervise and Instruct - CFA Operational Standards
  • Supervise and Instruct - CFA Production Standards

Requirements:

  • MUST be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum High School Diploma, College or Culinary Degrees preferred
  • Two (2) Year Minimum Experience in a High Volume Kitchen Leading Kitchen Staff
  • Working knowledge of Labor and Productivity
  • Working knowledge of Food Cost, LEAN Principles and Waste Tracking
  • Working knowledge of Food Safety Principles
  • ServSafe Manager Certification
  • Ability to work in freezer and cooler environments
  • Ability to properly use and work from a ladder
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to properly lift and manage 40 pounds at shoulder height
