We’re seeking reliable and experienced leaders to drive excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts and support kitchen team members
- Ensure food quality, speed, and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Train and coach team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong communicator and team player
- Comfortable in a high-volume environment
- Takes initiative and leads by example
Requirements:
- MUST be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma required, college or culinary degrees preferred
- Minimum two (2) years experience leading in a high volume kitchen
- Working knowledge of labor and productivity management
- Working knowledge of food cost, LEAN principles and waste tracking
- Working knowledge of food safety principles
- ServSafe Manager Certification, preferred
- Ability to work in freezer and cooler environments
- Ability to properly use and work from a ladder
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to properly lift and manage 40 pounds at shoulder height
