As a Paint & Stain Retail Associate at Mountain Hardware and Sports, you'll stay active helping customers with their paint and stain projects. Schedule: full-time (8hr shift - 40hrs/week)

Duties and Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assist with paint and stain product selection and recommendations
- Promote and sell paint, stain, and related project items, offering expert advice and in-store demonstrations
- Use computer programs to mix and match paint or stain, ensuring accurate results
- Stock and organize the paint & stain department while maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Handle special orders, assist with loading/unloading, and answer phone inquiries
Skills and Qualifications

- Must be able to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to distinguish and decipher colors for mixing and matching
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs

Experience
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Paint and Stain Experience: 1 year (preferred)
