Sales Lead Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified sales person to provide our customers with outstanding service and make sure all their needs are met.
A good candidate is a person with strong communication skills who knows how to delight customers and make them feel welcome and respected. A positive and friendly attitude is a must, as well as the ability to efficiently and effectively handle potential new and customers. A good sales Lead must ensure that every customer has a great experience and wants to come back again.
Responsibilities of a Sales Lead:
- Out in the community 25/30 hours a week attaining new contracts/customers.
- Helping customers find what they are looking for
- Introducing customers to new products
- Informing customers about sales, discounts, and promotions
- Up-selling products when appropriate
- Answering questions about menu or services
- Coordinating with team and directors
- Staying organized on costumer retention and sales growth
Sales Lead Job Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1 year of sales experience
- Work operations inside the store
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good organization skills
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to successfully work in a team
