Responsibilities
- The Marketing Lead is responsible for driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives inside and outside the restaurant
- This role champions community involvement, digital engagement, promotions, and in-store experiences that reflect Chick-fil-A’s standard of excellence and hospitality
- The Marketing Lead is both creative and results-driven — blending relationship-building, event planning, and data analysis to help the restaurant grow its influence and impact in the community
- Community Engagement & Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, churches, nonprofits, and local businesses
- Coordinate Spirit Nights and community give-back events
- Represent Chick-fil-A at local events, networking opportunities, and outreach initiatives
- Digital & Social Media Presence
- Manage and grow social media platforms
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content (photos, videos, captions)
- Respond to guest engagement and foster online community
- Monitor online reputation and partner with leadership to respond appropriately
- Leverage email and mobile app promotions to increase guest frequency
- Plan and execute in-store events that create memorable guest experiences
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure promotions are executed flawlessly
- Create visual marketing materials (table toppers, signage, promotional displays)
- Coordinate sampling initiatives and promotional giveaways

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for brand presence in high-traffic community settings

• Monitor online reputation and partner with leadership to respond appropriately
• Leverage email and mobile app promotions to increase guest frequency
In-Restaurant Experience & Promotions
• Plan and execute in-store events that create memorable guest experiences
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure promotions are executed flawlessly
• Create visual marketing materials (table toppers, signage, promotional displays)
• Coordinate sampling initiatives and promotional giveaways
• Build relationship with guests
