Papa Johns is hiring a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations. You’ll lead team members during your shifts, prepare quality products, serve customers, and help keep the restaurant clean, safe, and organized.
What you’ll do
- Supervise shifts and help maintain staffing based on expected sales.
- Prepare and check orders to ensure they meet Papa Johns quality standards and match customer requests.
- Train and coach team members on food quality, customer service, and restaurant procedures.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns, and use feedback to improve service.
- Create a positive, team-focused work environment.
- Support sales goals through friendly service and product knowledge.
- Complete cash management duties and help maintain inventory while minimizing waste.
- Follow company policies and applicable food safety, workplace safety, and employment requirements.
