Key Responsibilities
- Unloading & Staging: Efficiently unload large deliveries and organize products in dry storage, coolers, and freezers.
- Inventory Management: Use First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methods to maintain product freshness and minimize waste.
- Organization: Keep all storage areas clean and orderly to ensure safety and speed for the kitchen team.
- Equipment Care: Perform daily morning maintenance on fryer filtration systems to ensure oil quality and equipment longevity.
- Quality Control: Inspect shipments for damage or errors and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Standards: Follow all food and physical safety regulations, including proper lifting and temperature checks.
